IE 9 compatibility mode now can be configured manually and by default is zero. You can change it on Webbrowser > General Settings. Value of 0 means IE7 compatible and that according registry key will be removed. Value of 9000 means IE9 compatible depending on doctype. Value of 9999 means IE9 compatible regardless of doctype.
A minor bug related to not copying libmysql.dll on enabling PDO Mysql driver is fixed.
